What To Expect

Our customer support team will promptly get in touch with you upon receiving your booking confirmation. They will verify the pickup time, pickup locations and your drop-off locations. Once all details are confirmed, we will email you the comprehensive trip information, including your driver's contact information and pickup instructions.Our driver will ensure their punctuality by arriving at the specified pickup location before the scheduled pickup time. The 6-hour journey will commence counting from the driver's pickup time. In the event of any delay on the driver's part, we will extend the trip duration accordingly to compensate.Our vehicle can easily be identified as it will prominently display our company decals.We are flexible and willing to accommodate changes as long as they are practical and can be accommodated within the 6-hour timeframe.
