Get a behind-the-scenes look at the thoroughbred horse lifestyle as you explore the famous Keeneland Race Course and one or more thoroughbred horse farms. What To Expect

Keeneland Association Inc

Step out and enjoy a walking tour of the ivy-covered grounds of historic Keeneland Race Course, home to the planet’s most expensive horse auctions. During the race meets in April and October we do not go to Keeneland on the 12:30 pm tours Wednesday through Sunday. Instead the tour will add Old Friends farm in place of Keeneland.

Thoroughbred Heritage Horse Farm Tours

Guests will visit beautiful thoroughbred horse farms (that are exclusive to us) and get to interact with the farms horses.
45 minutes • Admission Ticket Included

November 12th – March 10th: Minimum numbers of 4 guests are required to run tour.
Under Kentucky law, a farm animal activity sponsor, farm animal professional, or other person does not have the duty to eliminate all risks of injury of participation in farm animal activities. “There are inherent risks of injury that you voluntarily accept if you participate in farm animal activities.” “By purchasing ticket/s you agree that Thoroughbred Heritage Tours is not liable for any injuries or death that may occur due to participating in a farm animal activity in Kentucky”.
There is no age limit but a ticket is required for all children. It is not recommended for children under six. Kentucky State Law requires infants and/or toddlers must be in a car seat, rear facing until 2 years of age. Children younger than 8 years old and between 40 and 57 inches must be in a booster. Children younger than 8 but taller than 57 inches do not have to ride in a booster seat.
No animals including service animals allowed on the tours
