What To Expect

Passengers are provided their chauffeurs contact information before their arrival. Once arrived and have all luggage, customers to contact the driver and advise of their location (usually a door #). Driver will pull up with 5 minutes, load your luggage, help you into the car and then take you directly to your drop-off location within Napa Valley and Sonoma, CA addresses. Optional:1. Other drop-off locations available for additional fee2. Extra stops along the way are allowed, but are not included in the rate. 3.
