Circus Secrets of Venice Trolley Tour

The Greatest Show on Wheels! The Circus Secrets of Venice tour will be led by guide, Bob Collins and focus on the rich history of the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus in Venice. The tour includes a stop at the Historic Train Depot and Ringling Train Car Museum. A donation will be made to the Venice Area Historical Society for their partnership in supplying docents on each Circus Secrets Tour to teach guests about the train depot and circus train car. Tours will depart from the Venice Chamber of Commerce Building and offer FREE parking. Our tour guide, circus historian Bob Collins, provides the history of the circus in Venice, Florida by telling interesting stories about all the spots you will see. Spots include many hidden gems which have a circus connection. You will also learn about the showman who created the circus including John and Charles Ringling and their families.
