Stand-up paddleboarding was born in Hawaii out of surfing. This beginner tour introduces newbies to the sport. You’ll begin with a brief lesson on shore before venturing into the water. Your guide will lead you to a sea turtle area along the Wailea-Makena shoreline. You’ll be treated to a fresh fruit picnic on the water in view of Maui’s dramatic Haleakala crater.

What To Expect

Starting on the beautiful Pristine (uncrowded) Polo Beach. Polo Beach has an awesome soft, sandy entry…perfect for beginners. You’ll start out with a brief lesson on the shore. Then we will assist you into the ocean to begin the tour. After a review of the shore lesson on the water, you will be stand up paddleboarding in the heart of "Turtle Town" on the pristine coastline of Wailea-Makena! And Remember, we will be with you every paddle of the way!

Minimum age for Stand Up Paddleboarding and Kayaking is 3 years – Children under 3 years of age will not be allowed on our Tours to ensure both their safety, your safety and the safety of our Guides. Our Company is proud to say that we will go as young as 3 years old as most companies will not. If you require a Babysitting Service, you are welcome to call us and we are happy to recommend someone to you!
