Cahaba Brewing Company
Cahaba quickly outgrew our first location in Birmingham’s Pepper Place/Lakeview district. A few years later, in January 2016, we moved our 3 barrel homebrew project to East Avondale and upgraded to a 30 barrel brewhouse.
Cahaba is currently located in a 51,000 square foot building in the Historical Continental Gin Complex. Our spacious Taproom has quickly become one of Birmingham’s favorite spots. With over 26 taps, our Taproom has awesome Cahaba staples like Blonde, Oka Uba, Pale Ale, and Lager, while also sporting Pilot Batch and Taproom-only offerings.

TrimTab Brewing Company
Harris and Cheri Stewart started TrimTab Brewing in Birmingham, Alabama, in 2012 and officially opened the doors in 2014. They had lived in Asheville, North Carolina, surrounded by some of the finest craft beer in the country and a clientele that was loyal to local and excited about the regular beer happenings.

Starting out as a Monday night bible study, a group of friends brewed beer, evolving it to make it better, more complex, and eventually bringing it to market after 5 years of perfecting their recipes. Birmingham District Brewing Company is located in the heart of the Magic City within “The Battery” since 2018.
